Robert and I with Keith Payne VC OAM and his lovely wife, Flo in the Mess. Having sat with them at the luncheon and heard their many stories, it was as if we were 'fare-welling' old friends by the end of the festivities. Robert and I have been invited to a Rememberence Day Ceremony and next year's ANZAC day ceremony with the Paynes. It was such an honor to meet one of Australia's most distuinguished servicemen and find out that he is just another Bloke. This was definately a capitol day!
