"A Day in the Life Of The Fasts"

I choose this picture to show that you can still see rainbows during any storm...God's Promise to us all. Even though this assignment has taken me so far away from the most loving family in the world, there are a few benefits to living Aussie style. I am learning to cook new foods and find new favorites. The next few pictures are about that very thing. Rob and I go grocery shopping about once a week. Since they NEVER use preservatives in their foods, that's is about how long things last before they get moldy. However, we have such an abundance of fresh fruits and vegatables that are all grown locally. Even the "way" you go shopping is different.
